(More customer reviews)Bought this item and when I put in the batteries the lights would not work. Then about a half hour later I smelled something burning and could not figure out what it was. Come to find out the plastic was melting on the battery case! I contacted the seller about this and she said they would send me a new one right away. Then they told me that I needed to wait for a call tag and send it back and they would send me a new one. Then I never received the new lights, so I had to contact the seller again. They had to do some investigation and said they would be sending them out to me. Still have not received a new set or a refund....
I bought the other 2 colors and they worked fine. Just be aware if you have to return anything, it is a bit of a hassle.

(More customer reviews)I purchase these bookends. When my delivery arrived I has received two right sides, not a right and a left side. I contacted Amazon who instructed me to contact the seller which I did, I did not hear anything for over a week so contacted Amazon again to file an A-Z guarantee which was denied. I guess I'm weird but it does not look right to me on my book case when both sides are facing the same way and they are really not conducive to holding up books. I kind of thought that the 39.99 price tag was kind of high but I liked the design and was very excited to get them. I guess I have learned my lesson when an item must be a RIGHT and a LEFT you should hold them in your hands BEFORE you hand someone your hard earned dollar.

(More customer reviews)My daughter wanted a pink tree for her room's Christmas decorations. This seemed to fit the bill: Small. Pink. And whimsical. It's all of those, but I think from the description I expected more shimmering shiny material. My wife and I were mildly disappointed, but our daughter was not.
Plusses: Small footprint - doesn't take up much space, easy to store, unique - not your typical big box store tree.
Minuses: Not as sparkling as it implied. Perhaps my bad for "hoping" the word "laser" meant shimmering.
Not a bad value ... My daughter was tickled, and that's what counts. :-)

(More customer reviews)I was really excited when I found the Silk Phoenix Palm Trees. The price was great and I ordered them and anxiously awaited the delivery. The box sat until the weekend before I opened it. I knew I would want to get busy right away with finding the perfect spot for them, which wasn't till Saturday. I opened the box on Saturday and was very disappointed with the product. I thought they looked very fake and cheap. I looked to return them right away and discovered they had a three day window for returns. I could not return them and they now sit in my basement in the box, until I can decide what to do with them. I will probably put them outside when the snow melts. What a disappointment!!!! I always check out the return policy now before I buy anything.
