It was supposed to be a stocking with Cardinals, I received a cap with cardinals on it-not even close in resemblance to the ordered product. I never looked at the return policy of the store prior to the purchase because quite honestly I never have problems with Amazon orders; and I order quite a bit. The return would have cost me more time and money than the product was worth. So I found an 800 number on the invoice and just telephoned them to let them know they had sent the wrong product.
Their customer service operator was very nice. She asked the bin number and the packer number from the invoice which I gave her. She advised me that it was probably just the wrong product in that particular bin and that she would take care of it and send me out the product I had ordered at no additional charge.
The replacement product I received was also the SAME WRONG product! (In their defense it was packaged nicely so if you ever do receive what you actually order it will be in good shape) I did not bother to call them the second time and will not order from them again.

This year we went to the local mexican restaraunt to celebrate. The ornaments were beautiful! I was surprised to find 8 boxes included with the ornaments so that I could wrap them individually. The detail on each ornament was superb. All the girls oohed and aahed over this unique gift.

It lights up and plays music and cruises around the floor. I mainly got it to make my other family memebers mad as a hornet! It is hard enough to live with 2 Cowboys fans much less 3! I am going to try my hardest to persuade this one on my side!

The paint is horrible. I only opened two and the first one, the scenery inside the ornament was loose and rattling around. For the price of $70 after tax for 8 ornaments - I can get a new Hallmark beautiful ornament. I am sending these back. Just found out there is a 20% service charge to send back and you have to pay your own shipping. Do not waste your time on the junk.

As an ex-mounted cop it makes the village more realistic. The item was in great shape and realistic uniform (though I did add painted details to make it match my former unit).
